| Description/Remarks | Goldstein College was named after Philip Godfrey Goldstein (1895-1963), who had arrived in Australia in 1911 as a migrant from England. In 1959 he donated ₤40,000 (Australian) towards the construction of the Hall and College, which initially housed women and postgraduate students, and was the first college accommodation for women on UNSW's campus. |
