| Description/Remarks |
Colour etching on paper depicting dark orange lines of vertical dots on a variegated orange/yellow ground. Depicts the country known as Parwalla, south of Balgo in the Great Sandy Desert, west of Kiwirrkurra and dominated by sandhills. Parwalla is a large swampy area that fills with water after the wet season and produces abundant bush foods. Most of Nyumi's prints depict different bush foods such as kantjilyi (bush raisin), pura (bush tomato) and minyili (seed). (Warlayirti Artists) |
